Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Management Technician ( Process Technician ) to join their team based in Harlow. The successful candidate will support the client Clinical / Development manufacturing area within site, a dedicated process support team is required as part of the engineering support group. As part of the Process Support team you will ensure effective preventative maintenance is carried out in a regulatory compliant manner, as well as providing reactive support in a timely and professional manner to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum The Role of the Facilities Management Technician ( Process Technician ): Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with the Computerized Maintenance Management system to fulfil all of the GMP requirements associated with process / utilities equipment. Continually providing reactive support when required ensuring a commitment to achieving key business group's deliverables and client production targets Ensuring all client quality documentation is completed in a timely manner and to GMP requirements including PPM work orders and client equipment log books Identification and ordering of process spares as required Hosting and control of contractors in line with Site Operating Procedures Comply with and report any Health & Safety issues Participation in the site call-out Rotas for out of hour's emergencies. Documentation Ensuring GMP compliance by working to the client's and Johnson Controls quality manual procedures for documentation Review & maintain accurate supporting documentation. The ideal candidate should have/be: A recognised indentured apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 in either mechanical, electrical or electronics with demonstrable experience working in a process / production environment with a multi-skilled appreciation being an advantage. Team players who can work under own initiative when required. Have a committed and flexible attitude to both the role and learning of new skills. Have a willing and flexible attitude to learning new skills.
