Our client is an outsourcing and energy services company that delivers a range of integrated facilities, energy and property services.

We are searching for an administrator to join the team based in Markfield Leicestershire.

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective processing and accurate inputting of all operational paperwork for financial and compliance requirements using the business systems through the main administration processes.

Main duties
To assist managing all Administration Processes
Accurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards
Raise Purchase Order Requests and Uplifts
Check WRS Summary Data Sheets
Absolute responsibility for capturing all engineering costs through Oracle to include all Labour and Materials
Process Engineer Expenses
Complete mileage spreadsheets
Managing the P/Card Allocation Process and any queries or requests
The timely completion of all Scanning and uploading as required by the business
Chase engineers for paperwork.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with strong data entry skills. Good knowledge of excel is required.
