Fabulous new Nursery job in a village north of Cambridge, to work full time in our client's Baby Room , March start.

 This role is a maternity cover however there will be potential for the right candidate to stay on.

To qualify for the opportunity the successful applicant should have the following Nursery Nurse Qualities, skills and experience:

- NVQ level 2 or above
- Previous nursery experience preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of the EYFS
- Be a reliable member of a team working co-operatively and with flexibility
- Promoting a happy and welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, staff and visitors.

The candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties in this Nursery Nurse Job:

- Ensuring that all the nursery?s policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Establishing a good working relationship with all staff, minimising conflict at all times.
- Supporting and motivating other staff helping them to reach their full potential, where necessary.
- Assisting in supervising trainees and /or work experience staff via the Team Manager.
- Be a reliable member of the team working co-operatively and with flexibility.
