Fabrication Supervisor
Reporting to Factory Manager
- Supervisory experience required, hands on position
- Able to give clear and confident instructions to subordinates
- Willing to work overtime/stop after hours to meet the needs of the business
- Operation and setting of NC & CNC brake presses (Edwardes Pearson & Amada)
- Operation & setting of turret punches/laser etc
- Operation & setting of a wide variety of general fabriction and engineering tools and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret engineers drawings
- Good time and attendance record
- Ability and willingness to undertake training/knowledge enhancement
- Any other duties as dictated by the factory manager

It is unlikely candidates will have experience of all of the above. Candidates that do not meet all of the above criteria may be considered and additional training given where appropriate.
