F&B Staff (accommodation if needed)

Our client is an amazing Hotel and looking for F&B person, Our client is Surrounded on three sides by the River Nene, Oundle is a beautiful, stone built, historic market town. It is just a few minutes’ drive away or a lovely half hour stroll along riverside footpaths from the Mill.

The town centre has many stone houses over 300 years old, divided by narrow alleys and courtyards, above which the graceful spire of the parish church rises. Founded in the 14th century, the church has a 15th-century porch and contains 14th-century screen work

waiter and bar person Must have a minimum of 6 months previous experience working in the Hotel, bars and restaurant industry at 4 star level in UK

waiter bar person Must be good in verbal English

Good communication is a must with positive attitude

Must be able to work under pressure as this is an exceptional busy client with very high standards

You must have flexibility in you approach to working days a week and late nights

Must be able to work 40 hours a week

Up selling a total guest satisfaction is a priority

Beverage product knowledge at a high level is an advantage

Personal grooming should be at five star level, very important.
