The Company:
Our client is a successful international company based in Worcester

Main responsibility:
To support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing clients

The Role:
- To provide quotations and excellent customer service
- To deal with various enquiries over the phone and via email
- To liaise with the different departments within the organisation
- To follow up on new business leads when necessary
- To be in charge of administrative tasks when required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
- Organised, attention to detail
- IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook.)

Salary:
£18k - £22k pa , depending on experience + Benefits (23days holiday, free parking, pension scheme, life insurance)
