Experienced Telemarketing Team Leader (Full Time)

We’re developing and growing our Business Development team with the creation of a new telesales operation based in our Haverhill office.

Our ideal candidate will be a target-focused individual who is comfortable leading by example and achieving the very best results from yourself and your team.   You’ll be able to hit the ground running and able to exhibit;

• Successful track record achieving targets in a B2B Telesales / Appointment setting environment
• Strong leadership skills/qualities
• Understanding of how to develop and monitor campaign KPI’s
• Excellent motivation and coaching skills
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
