ROCK Recruitment - Christchurch's leading Recruitment Agency is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants within both the Permanent and Temporary sectors to join and expand their team.

It is essential that the successful candidate is extremely sales focussed, has excellent communication skills, a real passion for their work, a positive energy and commitment.

The role holder's main areas of responsibility are new business development, lead generation, account management and end to end resourcing at a variety of levels and industries.

Excellent product, client and market knowledge is essential.

The successful candidate must be approachable, well presented, articulate and have experience within either internal or external recruitment. You must be able to effectively manage your own workload as well as work in a team.
