The Package;
The basic salary is up to 30K depending on experience + OTE plus a car allowance. There are 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and an attractive benefits package including;

The Candidate Spec:
Our client is seeking Exceptional Consultants to add to their already successful team. If you feel you have already exceeded your peers in your current company and are looking to accelerate your career and earning potential, then our client would be interested in speaking with you. You will need to be a self starter with a proven sales track record within the Executive Search Sector in an agency, together with the drive and ambition to smash the glass ceiling. A strong professional work ethic, superb negotiation skills and a hard working approach are also necessary.
