Experienced Mortgage Advisor Exc Package & Career Potential

As one of the largest banking groups within the UK our client is an established leader within the mortgage market.

As part of their continued growth they are seeking to appoint a mortgage specialist in the above area to provide advice on mortgages, general insurance and related products to new and existing customers.

You will receive quality introductions from members of the branch team in addition to generating your own leads from the banks large client base.

Your role will include undertaking a fact find and establishing client needs and advising them on the most suitable products available and you will be expected to work to and achieve targets based on activity and income generation

All candidates must be an experienced and be able to prove the following:

• That they are currently advising on mortgages in either a bank, building society or estate agency
• They hold the full Cemap or equivalent qualification ( RO1 is desirable)
• Must be able to demonstrate you are within the top quartile of with your present employers league tables (must be able to supply personal performance stats these at application stage)

 Basic salary is negotiable to between £23,000 -£30,000. In addition there is a performance related bonus scheme plus an extensive benefits package and of course a strong career path for successful advisors. Realistic OTE ranges between £30-40,000.
