The role
Our client is seeking two passionate, professional Family support workers to work within their children centres based in Wolverhampton and Birmingham on a full-time basis for 3 months the successful candidates should have previous experience of holding support and advice groups of families within the community, assess and monitor groups in order for the centre to keep standards high. The family support worker for each centre will be excepted to carry out home visits have experience with new birth, set up activities and make the sessions interesting dealing with case loads and be able to do signposting. The right candidates will be a committed and driven individuals with the flexibility to handle responsibility as you will be dealing with visiting family homes, dealing with shifts and other duties. You will be confident with carrying out introductions from management and show a willingness to help prepare for all activities. Our client is looking for someone who has an strong understanding on the EYFS and has a love of working with children and has a dedicated attitude.

Requirements
For this role, you must have a Childcare qualification such as CACHE, Foundation degree in Early years or a level 3 relating to family support work. Our client desires the candidate to have previous experience with family support and worked in children centres. This role is to starts as soon as possible and is a perm vacancy you should also hold an up to date CRB, minimum 2 references and face to face interview.
