Care Worker

Working for an organisation that provides support and care to individuals within the South West. Manor Community aims to help service users increase their independence and develop innovative ways to improve their quality of life. We work with service users with a mental health and learning disability as well as BME groups, autism, physical and sensory impairments and elderly.

We are currently recruiting care workers to join our enthusiastic and friendly team delivering domiciliary care to service users in their own homes. Training is provided to all new staff joining our team.

There are opportunities to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. For successful applicants we offer highly competitive hourly rates and mileage payments. Your own transport is essential.

Your duties will include:-

·Assisting with personal hygiene

·Assisting with showering/bathing

·Preparing meals

·Shopping

·Any other support required

All of the above must be carried out in a professional and discreet manner.

To be successful you will need to be:-

·Have your own transport

·Possess a good level of English

Previous experience is preferred
