Witney based company looking for an experienced Credit Control and Customer Services person to join our small, dynamic, friendly Accounts Department. The company is internet based and provides its hotel clients who principally located in Europe, with reservation booking technology and services.
Responsibilities will include Credit Control Operations and Management, Assist with Invoicing using a bespoke Microsoft Access database, Customer Support and Training via telephone.
Must be customer focused, comfortable with being customer facing on the telephone, motivated to work to high standards, with good written and oral communication skills and good at forming customer relationships. Respond to customer queries professionally and be organised and have the ability to work to deadlines.
Attention to detail is essential as well as willingness to learn new skills.
Starting salary is based on £24k-£26k depending on experience.
The position is full time 5 days per week.
The client is recruiting on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be reporting to the Finance Director and Partner.
