An Expenses Administrator is required to process expense claims and meet weekly payroll deadlines. The Expenses Administrator will be responsible for submitting expenses, check underlying receipts and process, inputting the expenses onto the system, dealing with any discrepancies, answering telephone queries and incoming emails from clients regarding expense claims, complete excel sheets for HMRC and check items.

The Expenses Administrator will be highly numerate, have good attention to detail, strong telephone manner, able to resolve issues autonomously, and have strong IT skills.
