We are looking for an experienced and qualified PA / Executive Assistant to provide individual administrative support to the Executive Director of a leading Housing Association, based at their head offices in Swansea city centre.

This is 12 month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of extension and/or permanent role thereafter.

Duties, include all elements of an executive level PA role:

  • secretarial and administrative support, including preparing reports
  • diary/calendar management
  • scheduling and preparing meetings
  • organising travel arrangements

The successful candidate will be:

  • an experienced PA, with a background in a very similar level role
  • ideally qualified in a business administration field
  • confidential, professional and able to exercise initiative and discretion
  • an excellent communicator who can build productive working relationships at all levels
  • highly IT literate and strongly conversant with all areas of MS Office
