European Product Support Specialist - Imaging - Europe - Salary negotiable
One of the world leading optical companies, known for innovation and technological advancement are looking to strengthen their European Support Team by recruiting a technical Specialist to support the co-ordination of information regarding the companies imaging microscopy products across the European sales group.
You will be experienced in microscopy useage, familiar with advising and helping colleagues with applications and be knowledgeable about customer needs in this area. You will take responsibility for internal sales training as well as helping customers get the most out of the companies products. As a member of the European support group , you will take ownership of the products and ensure customer satisfaction as well as feedback to product development regarding future requirements. You will be expected to travel some 30% of your time across Europe when required.
BSc qualified in a Science, more important is your hands on knowledge of microscopy and your ability to communicate with the customer.
