Job Description
Responsible for customer quality related issues, working closely with the global quality team
Be a local interface for product shipping and ordering activities working closely as part of global team
Coordination point for all sales operations activities including managing samples / pre ordering
Point of contact for EU based customers for Sales Operations activities
Monitoring customer information websites and communicating relevant issues internally
Working with demand planning to support of sales during time of supply / demand imbalance
Responsible for working with the EU Sales Team for completion of the weekly and monthly sales forecast process
Person Specification
Experience in a customer services role
Experience in a sales operations role with an understanding of sales logistics
Understanding of quality related processes
Experience in a demand planning environment
Microsoft Office Experience, including strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
