The DCP Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join and innovate their Surrey based company.
The DCP Group is long established multi-disciplined construction business based in Wallington, Surrey. Working for a variety of clients in Commercial, and High End Residential sectors of the construction industry, DCP Group maintains a diverse client base. With a main trades focus on dry-lining, ceilings, partitions, facades and general fit out works, DCP Group is currently experiencing mass growth and looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their Surrey-based team.
The Estimator will lead in the preparation of tender surveys and comparisons and will submit, follow up and record tenders during the process. With a keen eye for detail, the Estimator will analyse enquiry documents whilst taking responsibility for carrying out take-offs and the production of bills of quantities using industry standard software. Preparation of estimates from bills of quantities will be undertaken and the Estimator will adhere to DCP Group’s high standards. It is expected that the Estimator will carry out duties as and when they are required. This is a flexible and fast paced role.
The successful candidate will have obtained Estimation experience within a similar construction environment. Understanding the industry, the successful candidate will have a proven track record as a competent Estimator and bring a new level of expertise to DCP Group. Related qualifications would be an advantage. DCP Group is looking for an analytical individual with a keen eye for detail and keen and enthusiastic work ethic.
