35 hours a week Monday - Friday

6 months fixed term contract

To provide an efficient, high quality, customer-orientated and culturally-sensitive housing service to residents. To be responsible for the supervision of other staff where applicable.

You'll need a friendly approach, the ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds, tact and sensitivity, patience and a sense of humour.

No two days are the same and to succeed you'll have good team working skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You'll also need to be calm under pressure and have excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.

Once you start with us you will receive excellent on the job training, so whilst experience would be valuable , your positive attitude is vital to succeed.
