My client, a well established firm of Estate Agents, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a professional team in their Kettering office.
With opportunities for the best in the industry to grow their careers, our client's growth plans are an ideal opportunity for anyone with management aspirations in the Lettings industry.
Are you fast paced, driven and dynamic? Do you have the charm, perseverance and dedication to thrive in a busy sales environment?
The successful candidate will be providing regular updates of new property onto the market, accompanying clients to viewings and listening and acting upon any feedback provided. They will also be liaising with landlords, to keep them up to date on any progression with the let of their property.
KEY SKILLS
* Lettings experience essential
* Proactive, can-do attitude
* Good team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
