Estate Agent Branch Manager - Bishop's Stortford

£17k-£18k basic plus OTE £23k+

Our client, an independent Estate Agents, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to run a team and manage the day to day running of their offices in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Estate Agency sales and management. You will be required to build results, heavily canvass, communicate well with customers and win their trust.

Skills Required

  • Our client is looking for a leader that inspires their team daily
  • You will need to hit the agreed budget and report results daily
  • You will need to listen to your customers and develop a proposition so it is fit for purpose
