 My client requires an extremely high calibre valuer, to work in their Rayleigh, Essex office.

 You must be an experienced property professional, with the drive and motivation to lead a successful team.

You will have listing responsibility for your branch and will be expected to hit set weekly, monthly and quarterley targets. You will also be responsible for the prformance of the office, so you must have an excellent track record in  the area, along with strong conversion rates and background.

My client offers a fantastic basic salary, plus bonus structure and a company car plus a guaranteed commision package for the first three months.
