ESOL Skills Development Specialist

Are you an excellent team player with the enthusiasm and experience to work with young people? We are looking for an ESOL specialist to deliver our  KS4 ESOL engagement programme. The ideal candidate may not yet be fully qualified but will have the confidence and experience to lead in this area of our work.  If you are looking for a varied role in a learner centred environment, this is a great opportunity to join a successful Foundation Learning team in an exciting period of growth.

Quest is an independent training provider based in Ilford, established for over 20 years. Delivering training services throughout London and the South East, Quest’s mission is to provide high-quality and flexible training designed to improve career prospects. We offer Apprenticeships for people of all ages. Foundation Learning is a training programme for young people between the ages of 16 and 18. The programme is designed to help young people progress to a Level 2 programme such as an apprenticeship, a diploma or GCSEs/A Levels. Our KS4 engagement programme is provision for young people unable to secure a mainstream school place.
