Our client company is actively looking to recruit a high quality sales professional to specialize in the retirement market focusing on equity release and annuity products, with leads provided.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Essential: FPC 1 2 3 qualified or equivalent
  • Essential:  CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Essential: Must hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or have no more than 1 examination outstanding  
  • Preferred: Current Competent Adviser (CAS)
  • Preferred: CF7 (Lifetime Mortgages) or CELM qualified 
  • Preferred:  Experience  in selling equity release and annuity products
  • Essential: Must be able to work from home

Remuneration Package:

In return the successful candidates will participate in the following remuneration package:

  • Basic salary £30,000
  • Car allowance circa £7, 500  
  • Mobile and broadband allowance £2,000+
  • Performance bonuses circa £25,000
  • Total OTE around the £60,000 mark
  • Stakeholder Group Personal Pension (4% employee and 8% employer)
  • Four times Basic Salary Death in Service benefits
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Minimum holiday entitlement of 25 days a year
