Our client company is actively looking to recruit a high quality sales professional to specialize in the retirement market focusing on equity release and annuity products, with leads provided.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Essential: FPC 1 2 3 qualified or equivalent
- Essential: CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Essential: Must hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or have no more than 1 examination outstanding
- Preferred: Current Competent Adviser (CAS)
- Preferred: CF7 (Lifetime Mortgages) or CELM qualified
- Preferred: Experience in selling equity release and annuity products
- Essential: Must be able to work from home
Remuneration Package:
In return the successful candidates will participate in the following remuneration package:
- Basic salary £30,000
- Car allowance circa £7, 500
- Mobile and broadband allowance £2,000+
- Performance bonuses circa £25,000
- Total OTE around the £60,000 mark
- Stakeholder Group Personal Pension (4% employee and 8% employer)
- Four times Basic Salary Death in Service benefits
- Private Medical Insurance
- Minimum holiday entitlement of 25 days a year
