We are urgently seeking an Administrator to work within the Plant and Equipment department of our successful client based in Lowestoft. The department deals with the logistics of equipment so you will be dealing with and tracking large volumes of important equipment.
Duties will involve entering important information from invoices and manifests on to computer systems. The role will also involve assisting the Lead Administrator helping with shipping requirements and running reports for Project Managers. As the role progresses, more duties will be added to the workload.
Previous experience working in a similar role, dealing with logistics / movement in an offshore company is advantageous.
This position is ongoing untill September with a view to Permanent. The position would be to start ASAP.
