Lead and manage a centralised, cost effective Enterprise Operations capability providing 24x7x365 operational control over time to all Co-operative Group IT Services
Develop a ’one team’ ethos across all Enterprise Operations shift teams
Create a proactive service centric culture across Enterprise Operations to drive continual service improvement of the processes and tools that will improve the end customer experience of the IT services provided
Adopt the role of IT Service owner for Enterprise Operations and conduct reviews with internal customers for feedback and the identification of issues from service failures to ensure continuous improvement of the Enterprise Operations processes and procedures that will drive improvements in customer service
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in creating a centralised capability and raising the profile of Enterprise Operations across the wider Group IT estate. Leading a team of 24 you will ensure the capability meets the business needs of the Co-operative Group and their customers.
As Enterprise Operations Manager you will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration and best practice, developing a fit for purpose capability which is essentially the eyes and ears of the 24/7 business operations. To do this successfully you will need:
Extensive experience of leading and managing Shift based Operations functions (24/7).
Proven expertise in leading service and ITIL process improvement activities within an IT operational environment which resulted in improved efficiency, performance and financial benefit.
Good technical background to understand how the technologies support the business.
Leadership and people management skills and an ability to build recruit and develop a high performing operational team.
