Worldwide multinational insurance firm, with a truly global reach and a reputation for excellence, has a newly created vacancy for an Enterprise Architect / Business Architect to play a key role in the design, definition and delivery of the Target Operating Model and Business/Information Architecture, communicating the business strategy and linking business processes to IT functions.
Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, this role will involve ensuring the alignment of the architecture to business needs throughout a major transformation programme, designing a roadmap to take the company from a heterogeneous legacy environment to a consistent global platform to allow scalable growth.
This is a crucial role for the organisation and as such the successful Head of Enterprise Architecture MUST HAVE:
*Experience as either an Enterprise Architect, Business Architect or Business Process Solution Designer - ESSENTIAL
*Delivering a complex business-critical architecture in a complicated environment - ESSENTIAL
*Managing very senior stakeholders across the globe in a high-visibility role - ESSENTIAL
*Experience in the insurance industry and an excellent knowledge of Insurance business processes - ESSENTIAL
*Experience of the corporate, marine, aviation, re-insurance or specialty insurance industry - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
*Experience of TOGAF, DoDAF, MODAF, Zachman or FEAF - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
