THE COMPANY
My client is National Building services provider who provide full turnkey solutions within the Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services sector
THE ROLE
Due to further expansion, my client requires and experienced engineering supervisor who comes from a building maintenance services background, preferably mechanical and electrical.
Qualified in a trade would be an advantage with relevant qualifications and certificates.
Your role will be predominately office based but you will be required to support your team of engineers, ranging from electrical, mechanical, BMS and water engineers- motivating, training and educating
REQUIREMENTS
IOSH Managing safely (Or equivalent)
Previous FM experience
Previous supervisory /management
Presentable individual
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of competence within own field of experience
Ability to work within a team environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated
Adaptable and flexible approach
Customer focused
Clean driving licence
