Basic up to $80,000 (£55,000) + up to 40% commission + benefits

Our client has seen an impressive increase in market share over the last two years and need to hire 1-2 more consultants to join their fast-growing, culturally-rewarding team located in the heart of Sydney CBD. With three Directors, all recruiting in to their respective markets for 7+ years, this is a company built on solid relationships which has ensured its continued growth and success. Boasting successful PSAs across the engineering sector, they are primarily looking for a consultant to work alongside one of the directors, recruiting in to the civil/structural and building services area, providing temps and contractors to existing and new clients. You must be money-motivated, a keen business developer and be able to bring fun and enthusiasm to your workplace. This is what the business is all about, and they are wanting someone to add to their cultural excellence.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Working closely with one of the Directors to provide temporary and contracting candidates to his clients, and to bring new clients on board
  2. Developing and maintaining a network of temporary candidates to fill roles in a timely and consistent manner
  3. Possess the ability to mentor a team and work well with teammates
  4. Attending regular client meetings to win new business and manage existing accounts
  5. Face to face interviews of candidates and nurturing relationships
  6. Carrying out relevant administration relating to your role

This company will offer a 457 visa to eligible candidates, who must have a stable recruitment history and have worked for at least one recruitment company in a consultant role.
