THE ROLE
Our client is seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years+ PQE. You will be managing and prioritising a varied and interesting caseload, primarily consisting of claimant matters including employment contracts, compromised agreements, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unlawful deductions, maternity and paternity rights. You will be required to work on your own initiative and adapt to changing demands. You will need to be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge built up from a varied and complex caseload of Employment matters. This will be a diverse and busy role, so you must thrive on working in a fast-paced, pressurised, but friendly and supportive environment. For a hardworking Solicitor that is committed to their profession, this position will offer excellent prospects and a structured progression.

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered you must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years + PQE gained from a respected firm.
You must be client -focussed, be extremely organised and highly motivated.
Supervisory experience would be desirable
Strong academics are a prerequisite
