Job Description
The role will be targeted and you will be given a caseload of clients to work on.
Typical day to day duties will involve:
Carrying out 1-2-1 initial assessments and progress assessments
Matching jobs to clients experience
Assisting clients in writing their CV’s and covering letters
Arranging work placements
Overcoming Barriers and Obstacles facing people returning to work
Carrying out Inductions
Person Specification
Previous welfare to work/training and employment experience required
Previous experience of managing a caseload of clients also essential.
