An Employability & Skills Provider seeks two Employment Advisors for their flagship Stratford office to commence work ASAP. The company is a provider of major Welfare to Work and Skills contracts across the UK and has experienced considerable growth over the past few years.

As an Employment Advisor you will play a key role in the Centre's service delivery by working with colleagues including Employability Skills Tutors and Employer Liaison Consultants. You will be responsible for the initial planning and preparation for a customer's journey into paid employment. You will provide a service tailored to each of your customer's needs and ensure they receive the best support and assistance available to them from you and your colleagues.

This post will likely will become permanent in due course and may be suitable if you are an employability professional with experience of delivering services under the Work Programme and currently between roles. It gives you an opportunity to work on a temporary basis and see how you fit the culture of the organisation before deciding whether you wish to become permanent.

To interview for this role you must have experience in the delivery of coaching services and support to customers and be fully aware of the need to work closely with colleagues and to targets.
