EMEA HR Operations Manager 9 Months FTC London 55-65k URGENT

  • Responsible for ensuring HR consistency across all of the EMEA Accounts
  • Ensure the maintenance of solid HR platforms for supporting the growth of the IFM business
  • Support the Head of HR in providing on-going support to the Account and Function Leads including: organisational design; rising talent succession & development planning; cross-account moves; compensation and benefits; training
  • Support the Head of HR in the leading the Transition Management of all client changes within
  • Work with the Account Managers, Function Leads and the Head of HR ensuring consistency and transparency in the following:
    • Organisational Design
    • Rightsizing
    • Cross Account Moves
    • Culture
    • Succession & Development
    • Compensation & Benefits
  • The Regional EMEA HR Managers ensure HR consistency across all the accounts, functions and countries;  ensuring that all formal HR processes are followed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring HR consistency across all the accounts, functions and countries
  • Support the Regional HR Managers in their development and provide mentoring where necessary
  • Provision of advice and support to Business Development team in preparation of tenders
  • Manage assigned transitions as Lead HR and support the rest of the team in this area
  • Management of the annual performance review process across the region
  • Manage and drive the salary review and bonus exercise successfully across the region
  • Champion and manage the EMEA Training Academy reporting on success through metrics, to be a part of the monthly HR report
  • Champion the HR and Training Academy intranet site Connect, promoting as the prime information tool
  • Contribute to the growth of the company through actively promoting internally.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection across the region utilising the necessary Regional HR teams appropriately to support the business
  • Contribute to the HR team priorities
  • Ensure the production of the monthly HR Operations Report is accurate and on time
  • Any ad-hoc requests from the Head of HR
  • Effective working relationships and good communications with all key stakeholders
  • Delivery to plan on all projects requiring his/her involvement
  • Excellence in Client Service internal/external clients
  • Good internal and external client feedback
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Value added HR support as required
  • Contribution to the achievement of IPMP objectives

  • Degree with specialisation in HR or HR professional qualification
  • Generalist HR experience in client focused environment essential

  • Thrives in a multicultural and international business environment
  • Ability to work on own and also a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European with outstanding written and oral communications
  • Solid experience of Transfer of Undertaking and/or ARD
  • Good organisational and excellent presentation skills
  • Flexible, consensus driver with proven relationship management skills
  • Experience in employee relations
  • Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
