Embedded Software Engineer / Graduate Software Engineer

Exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer with real-time embedded C programming experience to work for a thriving business in the field of wireless radio. Fantastic opportunity to work through the full software development lifecycle you will create design solutions from requirements specification through to highly robust customer delivered software for embedded ARM architecture. The Software Engineer duties will include coding, component testing and software integration.

Essential Skills: 

• Embedded software development on real time systems
• C programming
• Ability to design software using modern structured and object oriented techniques.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of embedded application development, User Interface design, and middleware development.
• Development of software for ARM processors.
• Knowledge of small RTOS.
• Knowledge of digital mobile communications standards, TETRA, DMR, P25, UMTS, GSM or similar
• Ability to 'script’ using tools such as Perl, Python, Shell script
