Electrical Mechanical Technician
USA - Boston area, Northern MA /Portsmouth NH
Company: Leading renewable energy manufacturer of new technology
Field Ops Role:
As Electro/ Mechanical Technican you will be responsible for the construction/assembly, maintenance and repair of Grid Scale Power Generation Equipment.
- Installation of electrical distribution and control wiring;
- Some international travel
Responsibilities:
- Electro-mechanical equipment and system assembly using mechanical assembly and electrical schematic diagrams;
- Work closely with engineering team members on the development of laboratory and product development test apparatus;
- Perform assembly of high pressure pneumatic and hydraulic piping and tubing joints including flanges, industrial fittings, threaded and other piping and tubing component connections;
- Perform assembly of heavy pressure equipment piping joints including valve blocks, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, and pressure vessels;
- Rigging activities relative to large mechanical assemblies;
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in Electrical/Mechanical Field;
- Journeyman or Masters Electrical License preferred
- Must be able to live and work in USA - Boston, Northern MA, Portsmouth NH, Southern ME
