Two exciting opportunities have arisen within Reed Education, the UK’s leading recruitment agency.
We are looking to recruit two highly motivated consultants, one to maintain and grow an established desk, the other to develop a desk in a new area of the business. We require someone who can develop emerging markets, build on relationships with existing clients and recover lapsed users. You will be working from the Bradford office and will be supported by both your manager and the team around you.
The role:
* To identify, target, convert and maintain a client base that will enable the desk to achieve profitable growth in line with individual and branch targets.
* To consistently win new business through ongoing sales activity, i.e. proactive cold sales, sales visits, sales drops, sales presentations
* Develop and implement ideas for improving the efficiency of the section
* Gain market and competitor knowledge
* To meet and exceed revenue targets as set by the Business Manager
Person Specification
You will have proven recruitment experience or have a strong business to business sales background. You will need to be a good self motivator and be able to work independently whilst under pressure in a challenging environment. You should be ambitious and show strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities.
