eCommerce Traffic Manager

Dixons Retail is in growth mode, and eCommerce is central to the future of our business. We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead the Traffic team.
With responsibility for overseeing the operational day-to-day running of the paid search, price comparison, affiliates and SEO campaigns. You will optimise customer traffic and conversion, delivering targeted ROI through creative and innovative use of online marketing techniques.
Leading a team, you will ensure all activities are delivered on time and to budget. You will be fully responsible for defining and reporting on KPIs for the team and their activity. You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of traffic and will work with other marketing teams to ensure this is translated into meaningful data.
