The postholder should:-
* Be able to demonstrate high expectations of pupils attainment in their own class and others.
* Have strong leadership skills and understanding of leadership when managing and motivating staff.
* Have the knowledge to support effective teaching and learning whilst setting high standards.
* Have the ability to drive forwards whole school development.
* Have experience of rigorous tracking, monitoring and evaluating.
* Have the ability to coach and monitor.
* Be an excellent communicator.
* Have a thorough understanding of Ofsted expectations.
A background in SEN would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
All applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a UK recognised teaching qualification and have recent classroom experience.
We would particularly like to hear from candidates with their own transport but this is not essential.
The roles are on a temporary basis only and all applicants must be available for temporary work and an immediate start.
