The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an E-marketing Executive to join a Marketing & Sales department, responsible for best practice of email marketing and driving the use of the CRM systems through the business.
Job Description:
The role is essential in delivering an effective, fast paced sales and marketing service to clients, spanning the following areas:
- Effective Email Marketing
- Technology & training
- Managing & maintaining up to date CRM database
- Driving best practice use of InterAction
The Person:
This role would be ideal for someone who is possibly working towards their CIM qualification and who is looking for a mixture of both technology and sales and marketing challenges. You may well have some prior experience in technology and /or sales and marketing and will probably have used InterAction or be a quick learner of CRM systems.
A can do approach to solving problems and suggesting solutions. Strong communications skills will be a given along with the ability to have the confidence to fix problems whilst quickly building rapport and relationships. You will have exceptional technical skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel and you must have the ability to quickly understand systems.
