Duty Officer

Do you possess 

A good standard of education inc. GCSE level or equivalent English & Maths?

Experience in a customer facing operational role?

The ability to remain calm in a crisis and to think on your feet?

The ability to work under pressure?

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills?

Knowledge of, and proficient in the use of MS Word and Outlook?

The ability to build effective working relationships to resolve issues?

The ability to prioritise a varied and sometimes demanding workload?

The ability to work on your own and as part of a team?

Are you flexible with regards to working shifts?

Are you looking for a challenging position, wherein no 2 days are the same?

If so, my client is looking to appoint a Duty Officer to join their team to be the first point of contact for their customers should any problems arise.  This is a full time position, working an average of 40.25 hours per week ona variable day/night pattern.  Shifts are usually 07:00-19:00, and include weekends and bank holidays.
