Divisional Manager - Surrey/Middlesex - 24 STORES

(Stores include: Hounslow, Teddington, Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden, Guildford, Farnborough, Basingstoke, Fareham, Ilse of White, Portsmouth)

The Role
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Divisional Manager to join our successful business - accountable for managing 24 stores, you’ll be running an area with great potential and new store openings planned for 2012.

As part of the retail division, you will be accountable for delivering and driving the company sales targets, improving profitability and enhancing all key performance indicators through training, coaching your teams.

• Previous Area/Regional Management experience
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Strong influencing skills
• Can engage, inspire and excite your team to drive sales
• Hands on approach with a "can do" attitude
• Strong coaching and development skills
• Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
