Divisional Director Dubai

The Role

We have an exciting challenge for a Divisional Director with management experience in an agency to join our growing business in the Middle East.

You will be responsible for managing a small division and growing it over time. The team are self sufficient but need developing and nurturing. You will be required to bring business in as well as working with your team to develop the accounts.

Our business in the Middle East has three divisions incorporating, Search, Solutions and Selection. This role will lead the Selection division and you will collaborate where appropriate with the other divisions. Knowledge across various industries to include Banking and FS, HR, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate and Construction, IT and Technology will be required.

We will assist in the right person moving to the region, with flights and accommodation for the first couple of weeks.
