We are pleased to offer an exciting and rare opportunity to join a successful business as an experienced Sales Training Executive.

As District Sales Trainer you will deliver commercial and category specific Key Performance Indicators at store level and across your district by using a defined tactical store plan, agreed in conjunction with your District Sales Manager.

You will need to use a combination of commercially focused, innovative, activities to drive
Sony sales in store, including direct consumer sales days. Furthermore you will deliver interactive, engaging training programs to retail

sales staff designed to drive knowledge transfer and sales uplift across all categories.

You need to demonstrate a Kaizen (continuous improvement) approach in all that you do and
have the ability to adapt to the continually changing retail environment.

Delivery of commercial Key Performance Indicators at store level:

1. Sales

2. Training

3. Return on investment

4. Promoter mystery shop results

5. Merchandising standards

SALARY: Up to £21,000 per annum plus up to 15% Performance related bonus

PACKAGE INCLUDES: Company car / full mobile office
