Site Security Supervisor

Position: Site Security Supervisor - High Calibre (Retail - Distribution)
Location: Swindon
Pay rate: £7.53
Hrs: 60 hrs per week.

JOB PURPOSE:-
To ensure that an efficient and effective security service is maintained at all times.
NATURE & SCOPE:-
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a professional standard of security
on site and will work with the Site Security Teams, the client and Advance
Security in order to achieve this.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Lead and supervise the security teams on a daily basis.
- Monitoring the team performance to meet KPI’s.
Ensuring the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions. - Ensure all security personnel are correctly turned out and courteous at all times.
- Ensuring that all relevant 'On Site’ training has been completed.
Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner. - Ensuring the welfare of the team members.
- Dealing with holiday /uniform requests/ payroll queries (escalating and resolving
as required). - Investigating misconduct or malpractice issues.
PREFERRED PERSON SPECIFICATION:-
- Proven management experience and a proven track record in leadership
- Flexible attitude to work, with good commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Previous operational experience within the security industry
- Flexibility
- SIA License
- Sound decision making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
- 60 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, days and night shifts on rota, 06.30-18.30, 18.30-06.30
- Pay rate will be £7.53
