Working with people from every walk of life, every single day, you’ll need to be someone who thrives on helping customers — whether that’s from across the medicines counter or in the pharmacy dispensary. As well as amazing customer service, you’ll provide healthcare advice, non-prescription sales assistance and medicines in line with the relevant protocols. Often, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. So you can be sure of a varied role, from displaying and rotating pharmacy products to dealing with operational queries with GP’s surgeries.
We’re looking for someone with experience of the pharmacy industry and an NVQ Level 2 equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services (or working towards this). We’ll also expect you to be great with people — whether that’s meeting the unique needs of every customer who comes through our doors or supporting our close-knit pharmacy team.
