The company
We are working with a highly successful organisation that have organically grown and through acquisition over the last few years. This is a newly created role reporting to the CEO.
The role
As the Director of Learning Delivery you will lead all the Learning and Development programmes constantly reviewing and improving success rates and quality standards within the organisation.
The Role will involve managing delivery teams across multiple sites to performance manage and regularly review all direct reports and to ensure that all staff within team are reviewed and provided support to deliver targets
Ensure that services and programmes offered are delivered to the highest possible standards for customers
Maintain and increase the focus on customer service throughout the organisation
Develop senior stakeholder relationships to increase take up of products and services
Refresh the adaptability of the organisation so that it is positioned to deliver what is required, and needed, by stakeholders and customers
Provide effective performance management across the business with regard to both resources and people, in a trading context
Establish an effective quality assurance framework, including external benchmarking, peer reviews and detailed performance metrics to fit in with organisational priorities
Preparation of monthly reports for the Executive Board.
Develop a positive working partnership with the support services and other internal stakeholder
The applicant
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of managing resources,
With experience of financial management including preparing Budgets, financial planning and control and efficiencies.
Track record of achieving challenging targets with teams.
Evidence of compiling and working with operational budgets
Worked in a people-focused environment
Understanding of the work based learning service sector / educational sector.
Management experience within a commercially run educational environment.
Teaching/Training or assessing qualifications / experience.
An understanding of funding and awarding requirements
Demonstrable high level analytical and communication skills
