Our Direct Sales Key Account Managers are a key part of our field sales team. Working on sales in a defined territory or industry vertical, you will have responsibility for building new commercial relationships as well as expanding and improving the business we do with existing customers within the datacenter space. This role is about digging deeper to discover new opportunities to help our customers, leveraging past solutions as blueprints for future success, and helping to guide technological decision-making with our customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed quarterly and yearly sales quotas by successfully selling the our products and services to a specific set of enterprise accounts belonging to an established geographic territory or industry vertical.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities by calling on prospective and/or existing customers, providing technical, commercial and administrative product information and/or demonstrations and quotes.
Understand the customer's business and technical requirements and builds appropriate value propositions.
Develop business relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
Register and track sales opportunities through a sales process within a CRM system.
Provide accurate weekly forecast update.
Ensure consistent and timely follow up activities to marketing initiatives (i.e. conferences, trade shows, seminars, telesales, etc.).
Act as the catalyst in the company sales team by coordinating the activities of inside salespeople, sales engineers and distribution entities (O.E.M., distributors, VARs, system integrators).

Job RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:
An exceptional track record in IT sales.
A proven track record in selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers.
An understanding of datacenter or middleware related sales cycle is an advantage.
A good understanding of the companies and opportunities that exist within the finance and insurance market segments.
Communication and technical skill sets which allow the individual to develop relationships at engineering, commercial and C-levels throughout organizations.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel is a must.
