Direct Business Manager

This newly created role will be focused on managing businesses who prefer to use direct channels, but still want easy access to a Relationship Manager. This is a key component of HSBC's strategy in the UK SME market, and represents a key driver of growth for the future.

The role of the Direct Business Manager is to manage a dedicated portfolio of business banking customers in line with the overall BB strategy and as set forth by internal policy. The job holder will also act as a Business Banking champion for the market served.
