DevOps Systems Engineer
This role is to work within one of the UK’s biggest spread betting companies. They are looking for an experienced DevOps Systems Engineer.
As a DevOps Systems Engineer you will be passionate about delivering high performance, stable systems which underpins the earning potential of the business. Understanding the importance of response times and high availability will be second nature and of continual focus.

• Logical thinking towards fault finding and the ability to see past pure technical issues
• Flexible approach to working (Including on-call responsibility)

Must have Skills
• MS Application and Operating System support
• Core MS Infrastructure technologies, Exchange, IIS, and Active Directory etc
• Active Directory configurations DHCP, DNS, servers and services
• Powershell
• VMware virtualisation
• Network, OS and Application Monitoring tools
• Experience of working alongside developers
Desirable Skills
• An interest in Sports and sports betting
• Interest in Windows Operating System and application advances and changes including Windows Server 2008 and Hyper-V.
• Experience working with Amazon EC2 or similar
• ITIL awareness/qualifications
