Our client is looking to recruit a Development Engineer/ Project Manager. You will be responsible for delivering their product development projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking product development projects from brief stage through to production including gaining all relevant product approvals.
Working closely with the product management team to ensure products are kept up to date with market requirements and the operations team to ensure they are designed for efficient manufacturing will be essential.
A background in push fit plumbing and / or polybutylene moulding and extrusion tooling and processing would be advantageous.
The position will also be responsible for the upkeep and continuous functioning of the R&D test laboratory including the supervision of the R&D technicians.
